Q. How long does the treatment last?
A. The first treatment lasts up to 80 minutes as it includes initial consultation.
Further treatments will last for approximately one hour.
I do also offer a 30 minutes treatment for general relaxation.

Q. How many treatments will I need?
A. It depends on the client’s need or health condition but generally for maintenance of health, it is recommended to have a treatment once or twice a month.
For serious health problems clients need more frequent treatments at least once a week

Q. Does Reflexology hurt or tickle?
A. Reflexology does not tickle as the pressure is gentle but firm
Reflexology is not painful as it is very soothing and relaxing and enjoyable most of the time but there may be a little discomfort during the treatment, which there are areas of congestion in the body. |
